GUIDE
Start with one Mac
You need a Mac that stays awake with Claude Code installed and signed in, and an iPhone you control.
1. Set up the Mac
- Install Claude Code and sign in with its official flow (
claude auth login). - Open Pocket CLI on the Mac and connect this Mac's CLI. To add another account, open Settings → Manage local CLI accounts.
2. Pair your iPhone
- On the same network, your iPhone finds the Mac automatically over Bonjour.
- Away from home, open Remote access on the Mac. The wizard helps you connect an ngrok tunnel with your own free account.
- Generate a pairing code on the Mac. On iPhone, tap your avatar → Hosts → Scan Mac pairing code. Codes expire after five minutes and work once.
3. Continue a session
Open any session from its project, or pick a folder on the host to start a new one. Paste images or attach files. Choose the model, thinking mode and effort the host offers.
Archive, delete and restore
Long-press on iPhone or right-click on Mac to archive or delete. Deleted sessions stay restorable for 30 days under Archived → Recently deleted.
Tasks keep running on the host when you leave the app. Remote access pauses while the Mac sleeps or is offline.
